PROBLEM
During the early 2000s, while the Real Estate Forum was emerging as one of the local industry’s premier gatherings, it was becoming increasingly clear that marketing for the event wasn’t keeping up. In 2012, Lincoln Park Builders called on MA1440 to bring marketing efforts up to speed and set the table for steady growth in the years ahead.
SOLUTION
Upon appointment, MA1440 took immediate measures to ensure the success of the 2012 Forum, launching a new website, creating collateral and signage, and implementing an aggressive email campaign to spur attendance. In subsequent years, we have continuously bolstered and refined our efforts, revamping the ticketing process and sponsor management, adding a new LPB members website, introducing video content and much more.
OUTCOME
The success of MA1440’s work on behalf of the Forum is clear. Sponsorships, individual tickets sales and total attendance at the event have risen steadily throughout our tenure, consistently outperforming client targets and past performance benchmarks.
